Google Chrome now gets battery improvement update

June 2016, there was a tussle of power
among the best browsers in the world with Microsoft running and showing
off a battery test that proved how it was better than the other three
popular browsers.
The result of which is shown below.

After this, Opera decided to do another
test to claim first place and put Microsoft Edge at second place. This
really worked because I did not only ditch Google Chrome, I also
switched to making Opera my #1 browser.
What’s more I could use Chrome extensions in my Opera browser. That’s dope right?
Fast forward to three months. Google has responded with an update that claims they have made battery saving changes. This changes include CPU and GPU enhancements for playing videos.
Asides this, there has been a number of
other improvements that include a new Material design, a dark theme mode
for incognito browsing, and color emoji support for Windows 10.
You can try running Google Chrome and let me know what you think about it in the comments section.
